License: Pre-License Package
Our complete pre-license package features both written and on-line
practice questions plus a 2-day live weekend crash course. These
are the most important parts of our package and will dramatically
increase your chances of passing the state exam the first time.
The Chamberlin Pre-License
Package includes:
• All Three Qualifying Courses (Principles, Practice, plus one more course);

An applicant
for the real estate salesperson examination must show proof
of three courses prior to the state exam. Real
Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice,
and one other course from a designated
list will be required.

Why
Should I Enroll in the Pre-License Package?
1. The pre-license
courses are required but they are only designed to
give you a basic understanding of the necessary subjects and
a foundation of real estate terminology. They are not
enough, by themselves, to get you past the state examination.
2. Our
up-to-date practice questions will help you study the subject
matter in more detail by looking at actual state exam questions.
The 2-day crash course ties everything together and gives
you a last minute briefing on the state exam and provides Hot
Questions. We cannot overemphasize the importance of this crash
course. It raises our pass rate dramatically.

the above pre-license package separately.
