Second or Subsequent Renewal

Depending on your license expiration date, you have two options for your second or subsequent renewal.

Option 1.
If you have a license expiration date on or after July 1, 2011, and you are renewing for the second or subsequent time, you are eligible for the 45-hour package that includes the 8-hour Combined Survey Course. The 8-hour Combined Survey Course covers all of the separate 3-hour mandatory subjects of Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Trust Fund Handling, and Risk Management.

• Satisfy all five mandatory subjects with a single course;
• Fewer courses to complete (5 courses instead of 8 courses);
• Fewer final examinations to pass;
• Satisfies the Risk Management requirement.

Option 2. If you have a license expiration date prior to July 1, 2011 and you are renewing for the second or subsequent time, you must complete separate 3-hour courses in Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Trust Fund Handling, and Risk Management as part of the required 45 hours of continuing education. .
