First Time Renewal - Salesperson

Depending on your license date, you have two options for First Time Renewal.

1. If you were licensed prior to 10/1/2007, and renewing an original license for the first time (end of 1st 4 years), you must complete the 15-Hour Package, with separate 3-hour courses in the mandatory subjects of Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Trust Fund Handling, and Risk Management in order to qualify for renewal (total of 15 hours).

2. If you were licensed on or after 10/1/2007, and were required to have all three statutory/pre-license courses (RE Principles, RE Practice, and one additional course), you must complete 45 clock hours of continuing education for your first renewal (end of 1st 4 years).
