Real Estate Contracts: Procedures and Practices

The course discusses contract fundamentals as they relate to four contractual aspects of the real estate industry: purchases, listings and buyer agency, financing, and property management. Each of these four aspects of real estate is a primary discussion topic in the course. Concepts include general contract law, combined with explanations of specific contractual clauses used in each of the four areas. Each primary discussion topic incorporates the sub-topics of disclosure and agency, inasmuch as these issues are relevant to the particular primary discussion topic.
