Course Completion Certificate
If you take your final examinations
online, your results are automatically sent to the school for
posting to your records. Once you finish the group of courses
you are enrolled in (i.e., 45-hour package), we will send you
your renewal numbers by email first and also send you a hard
copy by U. S. Mail. If you complete your program Monday through
Friday by 4 pm., this will happen the same day. If you complete
over the weekend, your completion certificate will by processed
on Monday. You may always come in to pick up your completion
certificate at our Campbell school location, or call us to have
it faxed.
Important: It is your responsibility to send
the proper renewal forms (with fee) to the Department of Real
Estate. We do not do this on your behalf.
Minumum Time of Completion
You must first wait 24 hours before accessing ANY final exam. After that, Commissioner’s Regulation Section 3007.3 now states that students are limited to completion of a maximum of 15 credit hours during any one 24 hour period. The
maximum time allowed for completion of your courses is one year
from the date of enrollment. Completion of the course means
reading the course material and passing the final examination
for each course.
