Build Your Own Package
Use this chart as a reference
when building your own 45-hour package. After placing
your order, you can select these individual courses
from the pull-down menus on the order screen.
MINIMUM TIME OF COMPLETION:
The Department of Real Estate (DRE) allows the 45-hour package
to be completed in a minimum time of six (6) calendar days from
the date you receive your material. For online students (no
books) it would be six days from your date of enrollment. The
maximum time allowed for completion of your courses is one year
from the date of enrollment. Completion of the course means
reading the course material and passing the final examination
for each course.
