CRMLA Agency & Ethics Package

There is no testing or examination required. The only educational requirements are for employees who will be conducting brokerage services under the California Residential Mortgage Lenders Act license. Prior to providing brokerage services and thereafter once every four years, those employees providing brokerage services must complete a three-hour course in ethics, professional conduct and legal aspects of real estate, and a three-hour course in agency relationships and duties in a real estate brokerage practice. The Chamberlin Agency and Ethics courses meet this requirement.
