18-Month Requirement:
Time To Complete
The Department of Real Estate (DRE) allows a course to be completed
in a minimum time of 2 1/2 weeks (18 calendar days) from the
date you receive your material. The maximum time allowed for
completion of your course(s) is 1 year from the date of enrollment.
Completion of the course means taking and passing the course
final examination on or before the expiration date of the course.
